James O'Neal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This is strictly a review on their parts service. I was looking for lug nuts for my 2012 Ram 1500 and called around everywhere to find them. The parts service counter was the nicest at James O'Neal and actually had what I was looking for. I drove up to them hours after my phone call and they remembered me asking earlier that day. They found the parts quickly and check me out quickly. Everyone working was nice. And the best part is did the lug nuts fit! I have never dealt with the sales or service departments so I have no opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone.
