My shipment has been at their delivery Terminal for 6 days. It has not been delivered yet. There has been no contact to arrange delivery yet. I have been trying to contact them at their Ft. Oglethorpe, GA location all week. They never answer the phone. I will think twice before having Home Depot ship me anything in the future.

I ordered a playhouse online for my son for Christmas since we are spending holidays out of town. SEKO put my package in the care of this company to find out they do not deliver to the address we were having it shipped too. But these jerks can't ever answer their phone so we can get the package to the right location to have it delivered by Christmas. We are even willing to drive to pick it up. So my son most likely will not have is big gift from Santa on Christmas morning. In addition, to take home with us when we live 11+ hours away. I ordered this gift in november and was told a 3 to 5 day delivery. The estimated delivery was set for the 7th of December. Today is the 21st and they still have my package. They are the reason for the hold up. I left quite a few messages without a response. My husband left a message. Also SEKO has left messages and emails. Beware of this company. Very unprofessional. If you want a delivery you are better off getting it yourself than rely on them.
