Hateful attitude. The guy acts as if he's doing you a favor by even talking to you. My wife pressured me into using them or I would have just left. He literally said something along the lines of, "I don't have time to put up with your crap," because I asked where to park my car and how long it would be before he could get to me. They do adequate repair work but expect the rudest "customer service" imaginable.
