I've been coming to this location for a very long time and still frequent this Inoko Express. As some other reviewers have noted, there was an ownership change a while back. Since then, there have been some cosmetic (which I'm not a huge fan of) and staff changes. I've never had a bad experience with the new staff, but the old friendly faces that i saw for years are now gone. They do still offer free soup (if you ask for it), but the soup seems like a lower quality than before and they not longer offer the shaved onions for your soup. Admittedly, the food still taste great (in my opinion) though the price of the food has increased a little. It is no longer as good of a value as some of the other Inoko locations. However, I keep coming back to this location for the convenience and the taste of the food.
To be sure, before the management change, this restaurant was an absolute home run. Since, it's not nearly as great. The young lady (Christie, I think) who works the front counter is always refreshing and friendly, but the speed that the food comes out and the portions of the sauces are where things have slipped. It's gotten to the point where when you get a hot sauce, the tub is only half full - is skimping on sauces really the best way to save money? I never understood the veggie ratio... cabbage is less expensive, but the one or two pieces of broccoli now seem more like garnish than part of a medley. Look, you're going to get a good meal. The food tastes good and the prices are reasonable. Christie is awesome and they even brought back the soup. It could be better, and I hope that it gets that way again, but right now Inoko is just a good place to eat, not a great one.
