I came in around 830 and knew what I wanted. I had headphones in and usually ask for help if I need it. However, an employee there by the name of Ria kept following me around, which made me nervous. Not only that, but when I gave her my credit card and license, she took the time to exam both of them before processing my payment.
I saw that they were also doing hot cash and when I asked about it, she said, "No. You don't get one." when I asked why she said, "Because you only spent $27 before tax, so you don't get one." Most employees are nice enough to either tell me BEFORE they ring up my order or at least say sorry. Ria said neither.
I called them afterwards to get a customer service number and the employee Emily, didn't even tell me that the number I was calling was going to be their District Managers personal cell phone number. So I missed my chance to talk to her about this and had to leave a message instead.
