Online ordering here is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I waited 30 minutes past the time my order was to be ready. When I complained to the store manager on my return trip to pick up the remainder of my order, I was greeted with apathy. He also apologized for the way I felt, not for the shortcomings of his management. He also felt the need to tell me about how great his store’s scores are. He offered to comp me for the three bags of sand I had to return to pick up. $9 to compensate me for driving 40 minutes round trip for the second time due to his employees mistake. It was literally the least he could offer.

Very busy home depot. Very well stocked. The only issue I found was the lack of help with associates. I was in the store for over a hour and no assistance from any associates or even a hello.
