Justin and his staff are top notch people. They made an extremely difficult situation easier, and guided us every single step of the way. He didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need, instead he listened to our wants and made suggestions along the way. His staff was very attentive to our large family, and super kind and eager to make sure all of our needs were met. Justin squeezed us in for an immediate need, although his schedule was completely booked for the day. I made several trips to the Home, and was always greeted with such helpfulness and friendliness.
