Very very disappointed. I purchased a VP9 and not even two weeks after purchase the slide gets a stress crack on the very rear side near the "wings" that help you rack the slide back. Upon contacting HK i am informed that because there is an aftermarket rear sight installed on it that they will not honor any warranty even though the two gunsmiths i showed the slide to concluded that it was a dud slide with a weak spot that gave way, not related to the rear sight in the slightest as the crack is not even close to the sight itself. needless to say i am probably never going to buy another HK again because of this experience, neither will my family or friends as according to them the way they handled this and refused to cover what was obviously a manufacturing defect is pretty bad. lesson learned. Be warned, if you own a HK, and you have your own sights installed on it, they WILL NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY REPAIRS.
