Healthpoint Pediatrics: Plotkin Marat MD

They are rude and unprofessional. They are over charging my children and currently being accused of billing fraud by my insurance company and I. They will bill you for amounts outside of what the state and insurance will allow the patient to be billed. The office manager, Sylvia, speaks down on you and talks to you in a rude manner. They never see the kids on time and have the audacity to be nasty. Sylvia is so rude that the staff all quit and continues to quit. Every visit there is a new face. She (Sylvia - office manager) threatens you for having a balance after insurance pays and gives you a hard time for making payments. I have never been in a office that treated me as if I were not a paying patient. After all this time, the level of service continues to worsen. If Dr. Plotkin cannot see that his office manager/staff has no idea how to treat people, then I rather take my kids to see a new provider. Do not go here, they don't respect you or your kids despite the situation! She stated she would not be of assistance to me because my child had a balance. Wow! This doctor is fraudulent and should not be allowed to practice medicine!
