The last dealership, which was also the dealership I bought my car from, was a complete nightmare. I had sworn off going to dealerships for anything, but with a friend's recommendation I decided to give Hay's a shot. I'm extremely glad I did. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly. The wait for my car to be serviced didn't take long at all. An hour tops. The great thing was that even though this was my first visit to your location I felt like I was walking in as an old friend. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I took my car in for an oil change, when it was finished the gentleman was kind enough to inform me that I should look into getting some new tires in the near future as the two on my front end were becoming very worn. He even gave me a print out for an estimate for new tires. I definitely see myself returning to Hay's for future service needs for my car.
