Hardee's

During lunch time, I saw one person in the back making sandwiches, one drive thru person waiting on the drive thru and dining area. The manager was also helping taking orders in dining area and then going to help make sandwiches without gloves. The young man in the back had on gloves so why did manager not wear any. I watched for a while then left. I did not want him putting his naked hands on something I would have eaten.

Arrived shortly after noon on Saturday March 31,2018. There was a 15 minute wait in line to order and approximately another 15 minute wait on a frisco burger combo and 2 sliders combo. We don’t mind waiting for quality food, which other Hardee’s normally provide. The cashier was friendly, but the other crew members in the back were rowdy and joking around loud enough for all diners to hear. The fries were not warm and the burgers were all cold when bitten into, literally cold. Completely inedible. There were only 2 other couples and 1 family of 4 in the dining area, but several tables and the floor were dirty with food debris. Will not be returning.
