I wish I could give more than 2 stars. Most of our food was good, but our service was terrible. Our server took our order brought our food, but never checked back with us during the meal. We had to ask another server to get ours. When he came, we sent 1 entree back, but were not offered a menu or a replacement entree. We had one in our group left with just french fries. We had empty water and tea glasses throughout our meal. We were celebrating a birthday, but were left with a sour experience. I ended up asking to speak with the manager who no doubt sent our server over to apologize, but still offered no explanation. The manager did adjust our bill however to reflect the returned entree and some of the poor service. It was not a shining moment for the Hard Rock Atlanta. This was our first visit here. I cannot say for certain that we will return. Hopefully you will have a better experience.
