This is what they do to a tenant that has been living there for 10 years, and due to a plumbing issue, they decided to tear up the apartment, and not try to relocate me, nor my property. I had to take them to small claims court in the end, and I won! Beware of apartment 21C in Hannah Heights. They never could explain to me, nor the judge in small claims court, exactly what the issue was!
