The Hamptons at East Cobb Apartments

I am a current resident and Hamptons at East Cobb has been nothing but wonderful since I moved in. I have witnessed for myself where management tries their best to accommodate everyone. Mehlon and Kris are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. They are so helpful and never delay getting back to you about any issues. The new maintenance staff respond in a very timely manner and the get the job done the first time. I didn't even put in a work order just mentioned it to one of the maintenence crew and he came over to help me. I wished residents and their guests would stop braking the gate arms. Waiting that little bit of time to swipe your card or buzz your friend in will not kill you and it keeps out those that don't belong here. Crime occurs everywhere these gates and gate arms help prevent unwanted people who will brake into cars or people's apartments. The apartments are very nice and the complex is clean. I love the fact that you have to pass a background check in order to live here. Another crime prevention tactic. I wished the gym was larger and had more equipment but what they do have works fine as well. The equipment is in great condition and not old. I love living here it is a great place to be. Don't let others bad experience prevent you from living a great area and great apartment complex.
