Ok i dropped by on my break thinking it would be a good idea to get my hair washed and pressed. NOPE! No one but one person knew how to do my "kind of hair". I would think that they are hair stylists and they went to school they would be at least ok at doing ethnic hair but thats a no too. The person doing my hair seemed as if she was more than just annoyed doing my hair and i was more than uncomfortable. I felt as if i wasnt wanted there.
Yall could get more business from me and maybe more people with my kind of hair texture if you trained your employees to not do just one kind of hair texture.
Also i got charged 40.00 when the board says 20 for styling and 5 for wash. I honestly felt cheated because she was foing her own thing without telling me on top of that i had to go to another stylists because of excessive product.
But i would have been ok if the stylists wasnt rude and disrespectful.
