This was by far the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a realty office. I am not one to write reviews but I wish I had known this to begin with so I want others to be aware before signing with this company. ***Expect your security deposit to be taken away from you*** I cannot express that enough. This office literally took everything from us. We rented a place for just a year and it was only my husband and I, no pets no kids. They charged us for EVERYTHING. They literally expect you to rent from them and not move a muscle while doing so. My husband and I are SO clean. We don’t so much as leave a dish in the sink unwashed and I cannot fathom someone who lived a little more relaxed lifestyle might be charge upon move out. We were so nice to the realty office and even gave them 40 Days Notice of our move out, excellent tenants who never broke anything, never had any complaints. I just truly wish we had known what the “standards” were in order to move out from our place. I wish I could post the video of how immaculate are place was upon moving out and still had our security deposit of $1,000 taken from us. Renters Beware please.
