Wish I could give a negative rating!! I contacted them about a car and was told it was still there so I came out to look at it. When I showed up they didn’t know where the car was, turns out a worker has been using it as his personal car for the last several months putting an extra 5,000 miles on it. I had to come back several hours later when the car was finally there. Upon seeing the car, the windshield wipers were destroyed, the front two tires were tremendously bald, and there was a pretty large scratch going across the trunk. I was shocked they even showed me the car in this condition but they agreed to get the trunk painted, change the tires, and change the windshield wipers. So a week later I am told that the car is ready to be picked up, I show up and the two bald tires and broken windshield wipers are still on the car.... leaving me waiting several more hours. Everything was finally good to go, I get in the car to leave and the gas light is on.... they couldn’t even put a lousy $5 of gas in the car for me!! Not to mention that the routers were so warped and rusted I had to spend $500 two days later on new ones. I even paid their full asking price for this car.... I contacted them with pictures and receipts and never even heard from the general manager about it. Lesson learned always bring a car by your own mechanic before purchasing. I’m baffled with the service of this place and am embarrassed to even have given them my business. Always do your research and read reviews first! Edit to add: I was randomly contacted six months after buying the car because they “wanted to make things right” and agreed to reimburse me for the brakes and rotors if I would take down my review. I agreed. They told me they would mail my check after the review was taken down, I told them that I wasn’t willing to take it down until the check was in my hand and that I was even willing to come into the dealership to do the exchange. Well I never heard from them again even after several follow up emails. Which just goes to show they wanted my review deleted and never had any intentions of reimbursing me. What a joke this place is!!
