Grand Oaks at Crane Creek Apartments

I have lived her for 14 months Brianna is a GEM I cannot say that for Stephanie the Asst. Manager who is ALWAYS making mistakes or can't answer a question and the excuse is I am new, The manager who knows if she even works I have yet to see her and when you call and she says she will call back, hurry up and wait. I am still waiting for that call back 6 days later and hmmm nothing. Be careful when you go to move out they will stick it to you and dont bother calling corporate their District Manager is just as rude and dumb as a box of rocks..Cheryl I am so glad we are out of here.

Horrible!!!! Horrible place!! Management are evil. They will steal your deposit, they will find anything possible to charge ypu on. Our Apt. Was spotless and yet they made up charges. They will steal and lie too you. Promis you things for the community and never give what they promis. They chamge rules almost every month. Smile to your face and talk bad when u turn around. 5 star? Lol not even close. RUN PEOPLE RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE. myself and 5 other neighbors moved from how horrible Management is.
