Wife saw a vehicle posted on Facebook and wanted to look at it so she called and asked if it was still available and they told her yes we drive from Dallas to the dealership and we are told it is at an exhaust shop but no one could tell us why. Against my better judgment we called the next day and they said it was there so we went to look at it. To start with the price was higher in person than what it was listed for online and no one still knew what was done at the exhaust shop. Found other small problems and not wanting to waste anymore time I asked if they would take a certain cash price. I mentioned I may be interested in trading in a vehicle but I wanted to get a set agreed price for the vehicle I was interested in first. The sales associate asks to see my keys to get basic info on the possible trade in and 20 minutes later a random guy who I was told was their “mechanic” is driving my vehicle down the road. The whole thing felt slimy and very snake in the grass type. I’m taking my cash somewhere else and would highly recommend everyone do the same. (Would give no stars if possible)
