My GF was invited to this event and asked if I would like to attend. While I am skeptical of financial advisers that drum up business with free dinners I agreed. We arrived 30 minutes late and when we walked into the room there was this fellow with a head mike on like the Shamwell guy at the front of the room whom I presume was BO. An incredibly caustic blonde woman, whom I presume was BO’s assistant greeted us and demanded that we step outside immediately. In an incredibly demeaning and rude manner she told us that since we were late that we were uninvited. I told her that I can afford my own dinner, and it was their loss not mine. I got my car from valet, gave the attendant a five and drove to the Capital Grille for a meal that was far superior to what we would have had at the Brazilian steakhouse. Good luck to you BO. Rest assured we will not be using any of your services.
