I have NEVER taken time out of my day to write a review but I have been dealing with an issue for almost 4 months and no one has done anything to help me get this resolved. I came home for a little over 2 weeks during winter break and decided to do a month long membership. During checkout, the manager came out and told me directly I could pay first and last month up front, which would cover all of December, he would put my membership on pause, and then I could resume my membership when I came home in May. On my last day in December, I let them know I was leaving and asked if they could pause my membership until May. Fast forward almost 4 months, I am still getting charged monthly. I am calling weekly begging them to pause my account. Everyone promises that they take action but no one has. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I recommend finding ANY other gym in Suwanee.
