I called the office for information on a form, someone answered the call but kept breathing into the phone without acknowledging her presence even when I asked if someone was there. This agency's customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered in my entire life up to this point! She eventually responded when I said good afternoon is someone there? I then asked what I wanted to know and also asked her name, which was "Tania." It appears this individual wanted the caller to greet her prior to announcing her presence, WHO DOES THAT!
