I continue to receive bills in my name for a patient with the same last name. I've never been to Fusion Sleep, never ordered anything, nor any any services from this company. However I continue to receive "patient Statements" in the hundreds of dollars.
I wrote letters to Fusion Sleep, LLC in April 2014, and again in June 2014 without them correcting their error; there only response is to send me the bills again.
Terrible business practice for a "medical" company.
