Thirsty sales ppl...if didnt like the item (saw on line) and the circumstances (can use an hhgreg card there since hhgreg bankrupt) ...making the sale was more important than explaining store terms and policy. We hope its quality merchadise no example on the floor for real but showed some comparison when asked...
