Fresh Air Barbecue

Hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. I make a 2 hour drive just for this; and it is absolutely worth it. Brunswick Stew? A feast. They do it right at this joint, and I love it so much. My mouth is watering while I'm typing this review. mmmmmm

I have been eating here for over 30+ years! My parents would stop here to eat on the way to my Aunt Virginia and Uncle Dutch's house when they lived in Jackson, GA when I was a child. We also ate here on our way to and from our annual vacation in Fernando Beach, Florida. It hasn't changed much. Back then it was smaller. They've added a big dining area that is enclosed. The staff now are the kids we played with outside with on a tire swing out back when we were done eating. They have the best BBQ Sandwiches, Coleslaw, and Brunswick Stew! If you're lucky before they've sold out, Homemade Banana Pudding and Blackberry or Peach Cobbler! And they have a small dining area outside.
