Frances Florist

We ordered an orchid corsage for my grandmother and specified that we wanted the orchid to be pink with white roses. We placed order several weeks in advance to ensure there would be enough time for the florist to find a pink orchid. We texted Frances several days before the pick-up date be sure everything was on schedule. She replied almost immediately that everything was fine but did not reply to our next message where we asked if she been able to find a pink orchid. When we picked up the corsage, the orchids were white, the roses were pink, and on top of that we were charged almost $70 for something we did not order, but since we were in a rush we took it and went on our way. Why couldn't Frances have texted us and explained that she could not find a pink orchid? We could've gotten a white orchid corsage at another florist for $30. The only reason we chose Frances Florist was because she told us she could get a pink orchid and we felt very taken advantage of by her lack of communication and her overcharging us. The corsage was lovely but not what we ordered.
