Forward Appliance Inc

We called Forward Appliance to fix our dishwasher on May 4. The tech said what the problem was and he needed to order a part and needed 50.00 to secure the part, which we gave. He came back part did not fix and he said he needed to order another part. Came back still did not work so we asked for our money back. It's now May 25 and no refund. I DO NOT recommend this company.
