Forever 21

Found an eye shadow marked down from $9 to $1 and the girl name Barbara lied by saying that it wasn't for sale because it was a company returned, but I clearly saw that all marked down items are in red.. she showed personal interest on that item that my wife wanted at register.. Bad business and very unprofessional service... hope there was negative stars to give but unfortunately it starts at 1 star.... lastly is this store/company advertising all marked down item as company returned?
