Forever 21

This store ATL in Cumberland Mall 06/24/2017 is terrible, over stock, clothes on the floor, just messy, line 20 deep w/ two cashiers ...who is the manager in this place? I was so disappointed. Because I am a Forever 21 customer for life, I will shop again, just not at that store. Savannah, GA

I bought a gift for Christmas. I took tag off to wrap gift. The person already had a similar purse. I had the receipt and tag I was told I could exchange when I return to counter with items was then told I could not exchange. This is not a good place to buy gifts.. I lost money and time
