Folger Gas

They charge a usage fee if you don't buy a certain amount of gas for the winter. Last year we had a mild winter and people did not purchase a lot of gad. So now they have come back and billed me for a percentage because the weather was mild . I have 3 rental tanks and that adds up. Plus i cannot tell a renter how much gas to use. When it is warm why use gas? They fail to tell you this when you sign up to rent tank. Has anyone else had this problem? I have NEVER ha this problem with any other gas company over the years. You pay tank rental that should be enough. Not Satisfied. ..
