Absolutely horrible customer service. I would never use them again and wish I never had. They promise one day service and it really takes them a week just to install carpet. They have poor business practices and poor management. One of the owners actually told me to be patient and it takes time. The salesperson told me one day to carpet 4 bedrooms. However if i knew it would have taken over a week to install carpet I would have used Lowes or Home Depot. Save yourself the headache and the money don't use this company!!!! They are horrible!!!
