Terrible customer service had to ask for help while waiting in front of a few employees holding a shoe in my hand and then the check out line took about 20 mins the entire time you have employees walking back and forth staring at the line as if no one else can open a register(4 registers and only using one) wasn't until I put my potential purchase down and started to walk out that someone acknowledged the long line. I just walked down to foot locker instead I'll pay a little more but at least I'm not wasting anymore time
