This has got to be the worst place I have ever dealt with in years. The lack of customer care and professionalism is amazing. My tag temporary expired and they never bothered to get me an extension. I drove around for 2 weeks with expired plates and finally got pulled over. The only time they showed any concern was when it was time to make a payment. They never did maintenance on the vehicle before selling it. They wanted to charge me $8,000 for a 2002 with way over 200'000 miles on it when in reality the car wasn't worth $1,500. I never received any response about the tag so I did a voluntary repossession. I have never been so relieved to get rid of something. They prey on the poor and desperate. Don't waste your time or money. You definitely will regret it.
