Employees are misleading double check anything you ever buy here and keep your paperwork. I personally bought a new living room suit and constantly had problems with the couch from the day it was moved in and they never could help me when I called about a problem they said it was "as is" which was incorrect. When I finally talked to corporate because I found weapons and objects in my couch, they couldn't give me an explanation of why except the paperwork but they had to come pick it up and give me all my money back. The only piece that I had problems with was the couch. When I went back up there to look at the furniture they had it for $100 a piece. There was four items that I purchased and paid $1,400? Why wouldn't they just give me my $1,000 and let me keep the furniture? Very disappointed with everything all the way around. Makes me very leary to buy again.
