I had specific questions that I couldn't find a response online. I called their customer call center, put on hold for a while. I told myself not to be lazy an go to bank, talk to a banker face to face and get an actual response. I guess i was wrong. I drove all the way there to be told that i should call them, handed me a card. Well, thanks. Isn't the bank supposed to be a place where you find bankers? Or, let's put it this way, why the hell you guys are there if you can't answer questions? To hand cards to people? I am really disappointed. Small banks are supposed to have better customer service than bigger ones. At least that's their selling point. Obviously not.
