Dr. Ceneviz was very knowledgable and gentle with my 12 yr old son. She took the time to explain everything to me during the exam. Tracy was great at explaining the options for payments for braces. Renee always have a great smile and willing to help. Heather was outstanding in everyway. My son said he did not feel any discomfort when she was placing the braces in place and she also explained the do's ad don'ts of braces. This facility deserves a "10"
