We had a bed bug issue on a Sunday in the South. I'm surprised he was even open, I'm even more surprised at the friendly "we don't mess around" service we were given. Instead of charging us for services that wouldn't work anyway, the extremely nice man helped us get a game plan together and recommended products for bus to use. He said he felt bad about charging us for services, like a heat treatment and a fog treatment, when it probably wouldn't even work. He was thoughtful and honest. I suggest his services to people who want to get down to the point.
