The fabric on the item I purchased has wide white lines within the colored pattern which look as if the fabric machine missed areas. The day my item arrived some neighbors had stopped by. When looking at the item, they asked what was wrong with the fabric. I had noticed the issue but had not had a chance to react to it. When I called Ethan Allen the next day, they sent someone to look at it. That person was a contractor and saw what I saw. He counted the number of thread gaps but would not comment further. I had to call the store over a week later to see what they were going to do based on the contractor's report. They would not do anything - neither recover the piece or refund some of the cost. Totally inflexible, unconcerned that their produce did not meet the customer's expectation. No-one can tell me that this fabric should look as it does - I know fabrics have artistic imperfections but that does not appear to be the case in this instance. Bad brand.
Shopped for furniture there and judging by the prices they charge it must be some really awesome stuff they have there. They are very proud of what they have. I am sure its great for some people but I just don't need a 5k love seat at this point in my life
