Ordered headstone through Chuck Wages. Was told 6-8 weeks delivery, it's been going on 12 weeks and no headstone. He always has an excuse, but all those reasons should have been factored into the quoted time frame. Or they should estimate a longer delivery date. Since we haven't seen the finished project I can't attest to the quality or workmanship at this point. My advice, if you order from them don't pay the full price up front! I'm sure eventually we will get it, but I feel we would have received better service had we only made a down payment. I will post a follow up when we finally get it.
