The customer service was simply amazing!!! We had to wait for about 45 minutes for our car, which we didn't find to be a problem, and the customer service lady even offered to share her pizza that was just delivered. Of course we didnt take any because we didn't want to eat her lunch but the gesture was so kind!!! We loved our little rental car and the navigation made it so easy to get around to the "must see/eat" locations that we discussed during the wait for our car!!! Such a great experience all the way around!!! :)
