Dunkin' Donuts

I have been going to this location since it opened and never had any real complaints until today. I used 'on the go' to order coffee and bottled water. Once I got to the location I realized they have deer park water, which I don't drink. I thought I had gotten Dasani water from there previously. Anyway, I asked for a refund for the water since I don't drink deer park water. It tastes funny. It was a big production for me to get a refund. Then I was asked to get orange juice instead; to which I responded, no I don't want orange juice. Then they proceeded to ask if why did I order it if I didn't want it. First, I'm allowed to change my mind. Second, I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew t was deer park. Not sure it I will go back. This left me all up in my feelings.
