I'm not sure if this Dr. is a good one or not, but I decided to cancel my appointment within 26 hours before the appointment. I wanted to be courteous of the 24 hour appointment cancellation since I do realize that a lot of other patients might need to see him and he is probably really busy. The reason I cancelled is because Lisa, the front desk receptionist or whatever her title is, was really extremely rude. She didn't want to answer any of my questions. Her tone of voice was really condescending and she sounded as if she was being bothered rather than doing a job that she is being paid for. As a patient/customer, it is my right to call and ask how much a visit and x-rays will cost with and without insurance. Once I told her to cancel I told her that she was rude and that I had been holding my tongue all morning with her, and her response was to hang up on me. As a customer service specialist, if anyone had ever told me what I told her, I would have apologized and made it clear that that was not my intention. Instead she hung up on me!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere because if the lady who takes your appointment is rude to you and seems bothered by your questions, then I can't even imagine how they treat you once you go in for your appointment!!! Use another DR. if you cant. Note to Dr. Littlefield, get new staff members.
