I have never been more appalled at how I've been treated in an office before. I came in to make a NEW patient appointment and ask if their office accepted my insurance. The lady (who made it very clear that she knew everything about the insurance in her 21 years of working there) told me that they did not take my insurance in a very rude way, nor did my insurance have dental coverage at all(which I have been on the phone all day with my insurance carrier getting an explanation of my benefits which DOES include dental coverage). I told her we would see about that, and she then started to yell at me as I was walking out the door, AND act as though she was about to jump over the counter. I am pregnant and have never felt more disrespected or scared in my life. I promise that any business ran by a woman with such a short temper is not a place that I would suggest ANYONE to go to. Maybe after 21 years, its time for her to find a job that doesn't involve talking to the public... before she actually does jump over the counter.
