Dollar Rent a Car

The customer service is great! The staff does everything in their nature to be sure each customer is taken care of. There was a crazy lady in front of me that was so rude, and the staff was as pleasant as they could be. It seems that the customer thought that they were entitled to something because of their own problems in life. I looked at the previous reviews, and I did not encounter any problems at pick up nor when I dropped off the car. I got a super nice Dodge Charger at an upgraded rate IT WAS SO WORTH IT! The car had a Hemi engine, nice wheels, I loved it! Thanks ladies again, you made my trip a blast!
