Diamond Nail

My family and I have been going to diamond nails since it first opened but I will never be going again. I never use to have to make an appointment but they started getting really busy and I loved them so much I would even drive from downtown but appointments don’t mean anything. I have had to sit for almost an hr after my apt waiting to do my nails. This past weekend was the last straw. I called th make an apt and stressed that it was my birthday and I needed to start on time because I had a full day ahead of me... I waited a whole hr before my nails were even started. When my nail tech came in she didn’t even apologize. I was so disappointed and it made it worse that it was my birthday and I had to cancel plans because they were late. When my mom and neighbor stopped going for the same reason I kept on because I loved them that much but no more.
