They are totally incompetent! I would leave no stars if I could. We moved and had our service moved to our new address. Everything was fine until one morning when our water was turned off! I called and they said they needed a copy of our drivers license to get the water transferred. I told them we sent it..twice..and I also called and to confirmed they received it! We sent the ID over for a third time that day and it took them 5 days to turn it back on! Shame on Dekalb County for leaving a family with small children with no water for days! Did mention it was during the time Atlanta iced over!
