Dr. Jay B. Mepani, MD

I have always had a great experience in the Conyers office of Dr. Mepani. Dr. Mepani always listen to my concerns and he expresses his as well. The office staff always seems upbeat and professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Ha, this doctors office hung up on me when I needed to cancel an appointment. Very rude the 3 times I've called. The forced a patient portal on me and it wasn't working. I was referred to this place by my doctor. What a shame that this place does not care one bit about their patients. Dr. Mepani, it's time to evaluate your staff. A little customer service goes a long ways!
