They called me days in advance to schedule my appointment for delivery. Mack assured me that they would be at my house between 3pm and 7pm. He went as far as to tell me that they normally deliver during the first hour of the time frame given. I waited for 4 hours before receiving a call from the driver who informed me that they had "forgotten" to load my machine onto the truck. Not only was the driver rude to me on the phone, but he promised me a phone call that I never received. Daystar closes at 5pm and there was no after hours number listed on their website. I tried to call the driver back and he would not answer the phone. I would recommend that using this company be your last resort.
