This has been a horrible experience. Was given 1 day notice of arrival for the truck which was on September 1, 2017. Truck would not fit into the apt complex I was given 30 minutes to find a U Haul truck which I did. Alex the truck driver told me to give him 150.00 in order for him to bring my furniture upstairs. I asked him why when its in my contract for them to deliver and reassemble. He suggested I go to Lowe's and find a couple of hispanics to move my furniture. Which I did because I just wanted my furniture off of that truck. Upon, returning back to my home to move my furniture. They had unloaded all of my things and placed it on a curb on a 4 lane street. Which also made it very difficult to move due to busy traffic. My leather couch and love seat has damage where it looked like it had been drugged, all the legs on the couches were broken off. I have a big gaping hole in the stand that goes with my dining room set and my mirror to my dresser is missing a board where it cannot be attached back to the dresser because its missing. My electric bed box spring that allows my bed to go up and down is also broken. I had to pay 120.00 for someone to come and reassemble my furniture which shouldn't have had to be done since it was in my contract for them to do this job. Contacted their customer service and was told there is nothing they can do because there guys didn't bring the furniture in the house AFTER being told they could not bring my furniture inside without an additional $150. I would have never found additional help if they didn't suggest it, and or tell me that was my only option. At the end of the day they placed my things on the truck where it was damaged. Therefore, they are responsible to any damages. The ONLY reason i give it a 1 star is because it was the only way I could post a review. Please DO NOT use this company.
