It has been more than three years now that I have had to drive to CVS farther away from my home to get a product all CVSs carry but this one. I've even requested it & they haven't stocked it. I think I'll give them another try this week just to see if they have improved at all with satisfying their customers in a timely fashion.
I just called twice to ask about prescriptions where the lady who answers and doesn't give a name tells me that there ten 4 calls ahead of me and to hold. Held on, to get disconnected. I then call back to her to where she answers the phone sounding agitated saying "How may I help you?" I ask her a couple of questions and she then answers me sounding extremely annoyed, and in ending the call she replies "Mhm." and hangs up. Luckily I switched my pharmacy because I refuse to deal with someone who sounds nasty as hell and annoyed by my questions. I'm good! If I could give this spot 0 stars I would.
